Student Retrieval of Items from Lockers

Students will have the opportunity to retrieve personal items from their lockers at designated time periods between June 16th – June 19th (see the chart below for your date and time). 

Students may arrive at any point during the designated window of time and each student will have no more than 15 minutes to retrieve their items.  If a student does not need to retrieve items from their locker, their lock will remain in place over the summer and they will be able to access their locker in September.

We encourage students who have borrowed school resources (textbooks, library books, instruments) to return those items during the assigned times.

Graduating students and students not returning to a WRDSB school are required to return their Chromebook and charger.  If these devices are required for summer school, they can be returned to the school at the end of August.  

All students dropping off or retrieving items at FHCI must strictly follow the WRDSB guidelines for retrieving your personal items.  Please read this information carefully.

Have you forgotten your locker combination?

Students should know their locker location and combination prior to entering the school.  If you need your locker combination, email fhc-attendance@wrdsb.ca from your WRDSB email account at least 24 hours before you come to retrieve your items. Students should remove their lock from their locker and take it home with them.

School Entrance and Exit

All students coming to drop-off or retrieve items will enter through the main (front) doors of the school facing Fisher-Hallman.  Only a limited number of students will be allowed to enter the building at a time and students should wait in line six-feet apart from each other.  Once inside the school, students will follow the arrows, and leave the school through designated exit doors on the Forest Hill side of the school.  There will be no access to the driveway and parking lot at the back of the school.

Alternate Date

For students who cannot make it to their scheduled time, an alternative item retrieval and drop-off date has been scheduled for Tuesday June 23rd from 12pm – 3pm.
