The theme for our last day of school (for 2016) was gratitude. Mr Lemon shared the following message with the school this morning:

As we gather together for our last day before the holidays, I am grateful for many of the benefits and opportunities Canada affords us. This morning, if you will indulge me, I would like us all to take a moment to reflect and be grateful.

In a world filled with human tragedy, we are grateful for our peace

Where families are torn apart by conflict, we are grateful for our community

Please join me for a moment of reflection – reflecting on our benefits and the opportunities before us.

Followed soon after by a fabulous Holiday Assembly.

The school office will be closed December 26 – January 6 and will re-open when classes begin January 9, 2017.
