As part of enhanced safety measures for in-person learning, the Ministry of Education has directed schools to reinstate daily on-site verification of screening for all students as an additional layer of protection. This practice is expected to continue until further notice.

Screening Verification for Secondary Students

Students will use an online portal with their PAL login to confirm they have completed screening for COVID-19 daily. Buttons, like the one found below, can be found on secondary school websites to help students and families quickly access this tool.

Schools will develop protocols to respond to students that have not completed the verification.

Paper copies of the WRDSB Student Screening Confirmation Form will be available, should students, staff or essential visitors require them.
