The start of the semester is often a time of excitement as students and teachers begin new courses and meet new people.  Layered on to the start of this semester is a schedule that feels more “normal” to our senior students; however, we know that it has been awhile since students have had to navigate four courses at the same time, and we also know that this schedule will be completely new for many of our junior students.  We want you to know that we understand and that we are prepared to support all of our students during this time of transition to a new schedule. As always, students are encouraged to speak with their teachers, guidance counsellors, or vice-principals if they have any questions or if they need any help.

 

In addition to almost 40 new students, we are also welcoming several new Trojan staff members, including Ms. Dominique Main (Science Department) and Ms. Alka Nandrajog (Math Department).  We are also pleased to welcome Mr. Giampiero Del Rizzo in the role of Vice-Principal.  Forest Heights CI now has three VPs and Mr. Del Rizzo will be the vice-principal for students with surnames G to N.  Ms. MacLeod is the VP for students with surnames A-F and Mr. Williamson is the VP for students with surnames O-Z.
