As you prepare to leave Forest Heights, please be aware of the following information.

Returning Chromebooks and Other Loaned Items (Library books, Textbooks, etc):

Chromebooks, charging cords and other loaned items are the property of the Waterloo Region District School Board and must be returned upon graduation, or upon leaving the WRDSB. Items are to be returned regardless of their condition. Chromebooks that are not returned will be disabled by WRDSB Information Technology Services.

Graduating students who have reserved a time slot for an in-person graduation event are expected to return Chromebooks, chargers and all other loaned items at that time. 

Other departing students (including graduates not attending the in-person event) are expected to return their Chromebooks, chargers and all other loaned items on Tuesday June 29th between 8:00am and 3:30pm at the front doors of the school. 

Note: If Chromebooks and chargers are required for summer school, they may be returned at the end of August. 

Be reminded that all safety protocols must be followed, including self-screening, masking and social distancing. 

Any students in grades 9 through 12 who are returning to FHCI next year can return their textbooks and library books in September. 

Google Accounts:

Students who are leaving the WRDSB will have their Google Drive and their WRDSB email accounts closed over the summer. It’s recommended that students back up all documents and emails to their personal drive/accounts before June 29, 2021. Apps such as Google Takeout can make this process easier.
