We are excited to share that plans are underway to celebrate the contributions and accomplishments of the Class of 2021. 

Professional Grad Photos and Grad Selfies

All FHCI Grads (both DLP and Hybrid) will have an opportunity to book individual appointments to have professional graduation photos taken from May 3rd to 14th.  The photo sessions will take place at school with all safety protocols in place.  

Students will have the option of purchasing the photos.  More information about how to book appointments will be shared in the coming weeks.

In addition, we are asking every student to send us a “grad selfie”.  Check out the information in the “FHCI Graduation 101” Google Classroom.  Please send in your photo no later than April 30th.  

Valedictorian

Nominations for this year’s valedictorian will start on April 1st.  Information will be posted in the “FHCI Graduation 101” Google Classroom.

Grad Memory Book

Instead of a traditional yearbook, we will be creating a book dedicated to this year’s graduating class.  The photo book will include either a Grad Photo or Grad Selfie (see above) and photographs that capture the major events and memories from the last four years.  Grad Memory books will go on sale from April 5th-30th and can be purchased through School-Day for $15. 

Grad Celebrations

While Commencement will be virtual this year (June 24th), we will be providing opportunities to celebrate our graduating class in-person and distribute diplomas and class composites.  Graduates will be able to purchase a souvenir cap and gown for $20 – which look great in family photographs!  Our leadership class is planning a Grad Spirit Week full of activities to honour our graduate class.  Other plans, which are dependent upon public health guidelines, will be shared as we are able to confirm details.
