In the September Start Up package, each student was provided with instructions to complete a Data Verification Form, Responsible Use Policy (RUP form) and Media Release form.  These forms are required by WRDSB.  The forms provide the schools with all the necessary information to keep your student safe.

If you have not already done so, we are asking families to complete the Responsible Use Policy (RUP form) and Media Release form on School-day  (check the “Upcoming Events’ tab).  We are also asking for the Data Verification form to be returned.

If you prefer paper copies, the forms are available below.  Please complete them and return them to the school as soon as possible.
