The night of your graduation celebration is fast approaching and we want to make sure you have everything you need to make it a special occasion.

During the week of November 23rd, Graduates, or a designate, will be able to pick up their diploma, any awards they have received, a Commencement ceremony program, and, if purchased, a Graduation Souvenir Package (includes a gown, cap, tassel and year charm in FHCI school colours).  Please see the schedule of pick-up times below.

If you purchased a FHCI 2019/20 yearbook we will also include it in your package.  If you would like to purchase a yearbook, it’s not too late!  You can purchase one when you come for your grad package.  The cost is $35 (please bring cash, exact change only).

If you indicated that you would be participating in the virtual Commencement ceremony on Friday, November 27 at 7pm, the login information will be included in your package.  If you are unable to pick up your graduation package before the Commencement ceremony, the login information for the ceremony will also be emailed directly to the email address that you provided during registration.  

We will also be accepting any items that need to be returned to the school (e.g. Chromebooks, textbooks, library books, etc.).  Please return any of those items when you come to pick up your Graduation Package.

Monday, November 23

9:00am – 11:00am

12:00pm – 3:00pm

Tuesday, November 24

1:00pm – 3:00pm

Wednesday, November 25

1:00pm – 3:00pm

There is no need to make an appointment as staff will be available to meet you during these times.  Do not enter the school – grad packages will be distributed from the side cafeteria entrance.  Follow the signs as you approach the school’s main entrance and maintain physical distancing (6 feet apart).  Please wear a mask at all times.
