Last week, 30 FHCI students and 5 teacher-chaperones traveled to Switzerland and Italy with EF Educational Tours for 9 days of incredible first-hand learning! In Switzerland, we practiced our French while exploring Geneva, Montreux, Broc, Gruyères, Bern and Lugano. We ate copious amounts of cheese and chocolate while taking in the breathtaking views of the Alps and the Chateau de Chillon. In Italy, we tested our Italian while exploring Como, Parma, Florence, Rome and Vatican City! We ate authentic Italian pizza and pasta while marveling at the Florence Cathedral and Duomo, the Roman Colosseum and Forum, and the Sistine Chapel. We feel fortunate to have had this life-changing experience and look forward to sharing our learning with our families, friends and community!
